Slow and meditative, great for beginners
Heat is turned off, room about 90 degrees

Yin Yoga is slow-paced, postures are held for longer periods allowing a deeper penetration into the connective tissue of the lower part of the body, thighs, hip openers, pelvis, and lower spine.
