Our Yoga Alliance Accredited 200-Hour Teacher Training is more than a certification — it’s a transformational journey. Over nine weekends, you’ll deepen your practice, gain confidence, and learn to skillfully teach vinyasa, yin, and fusion sequences. Our comprehensive curriculum blends asana, anatomy, philosophy, ethics, Ayurveda, and the business of yoga, giving you both the wisdom and practical tools to succeed. You’ll enjoy unlimited yoga classes throughout the program, hands-on teaching experience with personalized feedback, and all training materials included. With small group sizes, expert mentorship, and a supportive community, you’ll graduate ready to register as a RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance and share the gift of yoga with authenticity and confidence.
Our training focuses on the following topics over the course of the 9 week program
Techniques, Training & Practice
Asana: Pose alignment, sequencing, safety, and lineage-specific practices.
Pranayama & Subtle Body: Breathing techniques, energy anatomy, and safe adaptations.
Meditation: Methods, mantras, mudras, and leading guided practices.
Anatomy & Physiology
Anatomy: Bones, joints, muscles, and movement patterns in yoga.
Physiology: Nervous, cardiovascular, endocrine, digestive, and respiratory systems.
Biomechanics: Safe movement, stabilization, and adapting for different bodies.
Yoga Humanities
History: From ancient roots to modern practice.
Philosophy: Key concepts, major yogic texts, and mind-body connection.
Ethics: Yoga Alliance ethical standards, equity, and accountability in teaching.
Professional Essentials
Teaching Methodology: Sequencing, cueing, pacing, and class management.
Professional Development: Marketing, liability, credentialing, and continuing education.
Practicum: Hands-on teaching experience with mentorship and feedback.
